Privacy policy

This policy explains how the personal data of people who contact or hire Taialà Enginyeria are processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process

The data you provide through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, company and information about your project or installation. Also technical browsing data, as explained in the cookies section.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures at your request, and consent.
• Providing and invoicing the services hired: performance of the contract and compliance with legal (tax and accounting) obligations.
• Sending information about our services, only if you have authorised it: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Data from enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for one year. Client data are kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law, such as six years for accounting records, and for as long as liabilities may arise.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where required by law (tax authorities, bodies responsible for processing applications, etc.) or where necessary to provide the service and you have authorised it. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Odoo S.A. (web hosting and management). If you message us on WhatsApp, your data are also processed by Meta Platforms under its own terms, which may involve international transfers.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@taialaenginyeria.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).

This site uses technical cookies needed for it to work (for example, to remember your language or keep your session). These cookies do not require consent. If analytics or advertising cookies are used in the future, your prior consent will be requested through the relevant notice.
