What do I need to get started?
A site visit or, if available, drawings of the property and the installation documents. With that we prepare a fixed proposal.
Do you handle the paperwork?
Yes, we prepare the documentation needed for approval and support you throughout the process.
Does it include carrying out the installation?
The design doesn't include it, but we can carry out low-voltage, HVAC and fire protection installations or coordinate the installer.
Are fees and inspections included?
No. Administrative fees and inspections by an accredited body (OCA) are paid by the client; we tell you which ones apply.
